1. Download Remote File Manage from the App Store ($0.99)
2. Open the app
3. Link it to your Dropbox account
4. Download a SNES rom from coolrom.com
5. Open Remote File Manager again and locate the rom on your Dropbox account
6. Open the rom with Remote File Manager
