Have you ever wanted to watch live TV on your iPad? US TV?
In the UK we have TVCatchup, a service that streams British live TV on Safari, the problem is that it doesn’t work in another country.
If you are Spanish, you can watch few channels via iPhoneTV.es, obviously in Spanish. This site is not restricted.
Mexican TV is still missing but I bet you’ll appreciate this: you can watch US live TV on your iPad wherever you are through iOS Live TV.
The website offers a wide selection of channels, that include:
MTV
CNN
CBS
ABC
History Channel
FX
And more, plus channels from Italy, Germany, Russia and the United Kingdom. And in top of everything there are few XXX channels!
Try it before anything happens (copyright issues may arise in the next few days).
UPDATE: US channels are down as predicted. Rest of the world channels are still available.
UPDATE 2: Is 9 am in the UK and channels seem to work. I’m watching ABC News NOW.
UPDATE 3: As we predicted, the site has disappeared. We’ll keep you posted.
